1. Consent and Opt-In

Consent to Receive SMS: Your consent is obtained when you complete our SMS opt-in at the dedicated opt-in page www.dbservtech.com/sms-opt-in. You may also opt in by entering your mobile phone number in the phone number field on our Contact page form or Registration page form, and checking the SMS consent checkbox located directly beneath the phone number field. This checkbox is an unchecked, optional box that you must actively select — consent is not a condition of purchase and is not pre-selected. The checkbox reads:

• Check the SMS consent box or click a button indicating you agree to receive SMS messages
• Enter your mobile phone number in our subscription form
• Initiate contact with us via text message
• Opt in to alerts through our website
