To access our wholesale pricing and place orders, you must register for an account and meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must provide valid business information, including tax ID and resale certificate
  • You must be at least 18 years of age
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You must maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Wholesale Pricing and Orders

Pricing: Wholesale prices displayed on our website are exclusive to registered and approved accounts. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Orders: By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products at the stated prices. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Minimum Orders: We may require minimum order quantities or amounts. Current minimums, if any, will be displayed at the time of order.

Payment: Payment terms are Net 30 for approved credit accounts, or prepayment for new accounts. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Terms: All shipments are FOB origin unless otherwise specified. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon shipment from our warehouse. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: Buyers should inspect shipments upon arrival and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours. Claims for damaged or lost shipments should be filed with the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting both parties. To request a return:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of invoice date
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any products
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection

The following items are not eligible for return: opened products, discontinued items, special orders, and items sold as final sale.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, pricing, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of DB ServTech LLC or our suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

  • Any content obtained from our services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products giving rise to the claim.
